A dream has come true for real estate agent Willy Mischler. He has set up his unique home office on Lake Lucerne. Soon he would also like to inspire his clients with VR.

A good two years ago, another of Mischler's projects also took off: his office boat. This was after Mischler was able to secure one of the rare large boat sites in Hergiswil. Mischler did not build the floating object - its maximum speed is 15 kilometres per hour - just for himself. "First and foremost, the unique object is my home office and it should contribute to the customer experience. For example, if possible, all sales contracts will be notarised on the lake in the future. That's how we want to be remembered positively." For customer events, networking, marketing and private use, this floating platform is ideal. Another goal is to offer marketing with virtual reality (VR) from the office boat. In future, prospective buyers will be able to view the exclusive properties in 3D from the boat with VR goggles at any time of the year and in any weather.
