The virtual reality film, which is used globally in Ikea training courses, was conceived in Switzerland.
The project "Sustainability at Ikea Group" was awarded silver in the category "360° Videos and Virtual Reality" at the "Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards". The virtual reality film, which is used at Ikea training courses around the world, was conceived and realised in Switzerland - by the communication agency de-lay, the film production company Frame Engine and the VR/AR content studio Bandara.
"Sustainability at Ikea" brings the furniture company's sustainability efforts to life within ten minutes: the VR film teleports employees to a Polish forest, a refugee home in Bern and the world's most sustainable Ikea shop in Kaarst, Germany. Using the story of a "Poäng" chair, topics such as environmental protection, inclusion or circular economy are explained in an "understandable" way.
