SCP: Blackout: New horror game for HTC Vive & Oculus Rift

The developer Mahelyk (Kyle Ham) has released the survival horror game "SCP: Blackout". This is currently in the Steam-Early-Access and is compatible with HTV Vive and Oculus Rift. However, you can also play without a VR headset.

"SCP: Blackout" is described as a surreal horror game with a branching narrative. You find yourself in an out-of-control research station where all sorts of vicious creatures have been stupidly released. You have to find out exactly what happened and, of course, survive. Furthermore, several modes are promised, whereby the story mode is not yet included in the Early Access version.

"Every decision and path you choose affects the set-up as well as the playthrough, leading to many different possible endings. Each time you play, more of the story is revealed, and perhaps the best choices are not the ones that are obviously presented," the description reads. Early Access is scheduled to run until December 2019 at the latest. Should "SCP: Blackout" be a success, versions for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 could follow.
