“Black Eyed Peas Presents: Masters of the Sun – The Virtual Reality Experience”, so heisst die neue VR-Erfahrung/Serie, die auf dem Comic-Buch „Masters of the Sun: The Zombie Chronicles“ basiert.
The comic is about a Californian hip-hop crew that fights against an alien god. He curses drug dealers and gangsters, turning them into zombies. The story is the brainchild of frontman Will.i.am, while the drawings are by comic and graffiti artist Damion Scott.
Zum Cast von “Masters of the Sun: The Virtual Reality Experience” gehören unter anderem Stan Lee, Queen Latifah, Jamie Foxx, KRS-One, Rakim, Jason Isaacs und Slick Rick. Will.i.am und der berühmte Komponist Hans Zimmer haben zusammen den Soundtrack erschaffen.
Die ersten drei Episoden von “Black Eyed Peas Presents: Masters of the Sun – The Virtual Reality Experience” sind kostenlos, für den Rest muss man zahlen. Der Download ist über den Oculus Store für Samsung Gear VR erhältlich. Die insgesamt 11 Folgen sind zwischen zwei und neun Minuten lang. Ein Launch-Trailer darf vorab angeschaut werden.
