VR Skater im Early-Access

VR Skater in Early Access

The developer Deficit Games has launched "VR Skater" in the Steam-Early-Access brought. This is a skateboarding simulation, but it also aims to impress with arcade elements.

"VR Skater", which is played from a first-person perspective, currently supports HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and Valve Index. When it comes to HP Reverb G2, technical controller problems have so far prevented support. However, the full version is planned for the fourth quarter of 2021. VR Skater will also be released for Oculus Quest and PlayStation VR at a later date.

The game description: "VR Skater is a highly immersive street skateboarding game. It is a finely tuned mix of arcade and simulation. It's easy to learn but hard to master. Skate through a variety of urban environments. Shred through the streets, take on challenges or chase the high scores with complex trick combinations." Unfortunately, only one map is currently available, but more content will follow.
