The VRDAYS from the perspective of SAE Institute Zurich

SAE Institute, the world's largest private education provider for degree programmes in the fields of audio engineering, digital film, games, web and animation, also visited VRDAYS. We wanted to learn from Özlem Altas know how their information stand at VRDAYS was received.

How were the VRDays for you? 
Very successful. There were many visitors who were interested in studying VR.
 
What was the benefit for you? 
It was important for us to be able to show visitors that they can learn how to produce VR / AR applications with us. 
 
Which visitors were you most pleased with? 
Of course about the visitors who were interested in studying with us. It was always particularly exciting when visitors wanted to find out more about the technology with Leap Motion.
 
How did visitors react to your attraction?
We didn't perform with VR glasses, but with Leap Motion. That's why we received a lot of positive feedback such as: "Wow, that's something completely different from VR glasses." Many visitors were also surprised that the whole thing could be studied in Zurich.
 
Is there also criticism of VRDAYS? 
The organisation and communication was very slow at the beginning. Probably because VRDAYS was being organised for the first time.
  
What surprised you in particular? 
That the demand for our study programmes at VRDAYS was so high.
 
To whom would you recommend the VRDAYS? 
People fascinated by technology.
