Bloody VR Gladiator Battles in GORN

The developer Free Lives ("Broforce", "Genital Jousting") and publisher Devolver Digital have announced "GORN". This is an extremely bloody VR gladiator simulator, which will be available on 10 July 2017 via the Steam-Early-Access will be released for HTC Vive. The trailer provides violent gameplay impressions.

According to the official details, "GORN" is merely a "minimally exaggerated VR gladiator simulator", whereby the developers place great emphasis on the extensive physics effects. "And so pitifully animated enemies are just waiting to be attacked with swords, clubs, bows or even nunchucks and flying knives," reads the official press release.

"Devolver Digital's VR division has pushed through over half a million dollars to research what consumers want to experience in a next-generation virtual reality experience. And the results were unanimous. They want to rip someone's arm out and then beat the opponent to death with that very arm," said Devolver Digital CFO Fork Parker's not-serious statement.
