BEETHOVEN // OPUS 360

Virtual Reality at the Tonhalle Zurich

Interactive Battle with Beethoven

For school classes

The virtual reality game "BEETHOVEN // OPUS 360", combined with a supporting programme on the composer, is for School classes open.

A day with Beethoven

At Saturday, 16 September those interested can try out the game free of charge from 10 am to 4 pm in the concert foyer of the Tonhalle Zurich. Glasses will be reserved, provided one registers for a free time slot. A supporting programme offers even more exciting information about the composer and his life. For example, there will be an interview with the inventors of the game: Arthur and Victor Abs developed the project idea for BEETHOVEN // OPUS 360 in 2018, then aged 20 and 16, with the aim of getting their peers interested in cultural topics and especially in Beethoven by means of a VR game. In addition, visitors can enjoy live music by the Loewe Quartet and the battle rapper Sizyphos alias Tristan Steeg from BEETHOVEN // OPUS 36 this Saturday. All info & registration

For concertgoers

Before the following concerts, the game can be tried out in the vestibule. From 6 to 7.30 p.m. without advance reservation. Admission only with a valid concert ticket.
