Showdown Masters goes into the 2nd round

On 26 June, it's all about the sausage again in the final. In the second edition of the Showdonw Masters, the Fusion Arena in Bern, Zurich and Kreuzlingen will be looking for new winners.

In 2019, the World's first virtual reality e-sports tournament in the Letzipark shopping centre in Zurich. The response was great, and the demand for a second tournament was even greater. The logical conclusion: round two will start soon! And this applies to young and old, men and women, sports enthusiasts and tacticians - according to Fusion, everyone was involved the first time round and is in demand again for this tournament.

Anyone aged 12 and over can take part. Children and young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult as a second team member. No previous experience is required, but you must know the rules. From the start of the tournament, these will no longer be explained. If you want to take part and have never played before, you should therefore book the training sessions at special prices.

The game principle is called the knockout system

The registration procedure is simple: first come, first served: If you want to take part, you should register quickly for the desired location in Zurich, Bern or Kreuzlingen. Together as a team consisting of 2 people, you can register for the next Showdown Masters and off you go. A total of 64 teams will compete in the virtual reality PvP shooter called Showdown against each other. The game will be played according to the knockout system, with 2 qualifying rounds with a total of 3 matches (14 or 15 and 21 or 22 June in the evening at the chosen location), as well as the big final day (26 June all day in Kreuzlingen) with the 16 best teams awaiting you. Each team has the chance to play 1 to 7 rounds of Showdown. The more often you win, the more rounds you will ultimately play and the closer you will get to winning the tournament. The entry fee for the entire tournament is CHF 80 per team.
