Diving into the universe of Alexander von Humboldt

In honour of the 250th birthday of the universal explorer, the association "Science for All" has created an exhibition that can be visited at various locations. Exciting insights into Humboldt's life and his research awaken interest in science. The exhibition is interactive and of course virtual reality cannot be missing.

The interactive mobile exhibition aims to promote interest and enthusiasm for nature and other sciences, especially among schoolchildren, but also among the general public. On his adventurous journeys around the world, Humboldt made various discoveries, discovered new regions and recorded them on maps, as well as recording his findings from measurements and observations in nature in numerous volumes. Humboldt had visited Switzerland in preparation for his world trip and was an ardent admirer of the Alps.

The interactive exhibition concept creates a reference to education and research today and aims to awaken the spirit of discovery in young people. Of course, new technologies such as virtual reality must not be missing to intercept the younger visitors. With the glasses, visitors can dive even deeper into Humboldt's universe.

On the Website You can find out when and where the travelling exhibition will stop.
