Ubisoft has announced "Far Cry VR: Dive into Insanity", a new location-based VR experience being developed in collaboration with Zero Latency VR. The launch is planned for 2021.
The experience takes a group of up to eight players to the Rook Islands, the setting of "Far Cry 3". Captured by Vaas and his henchmen, you explore the island and fight for survival together. "Far Cry VR: Dive into Insanity" will be available exclusively at Zero Latency VR locations in 2021, with more than 45 locations in 22 countries include.
It says: "Zero Latency VR's unique setup provides players with props and enough freedom of movement to immerse themselves in the adventure. The mechanics of Far Cry VR: Dive into Insanity are simple, intuitive and give players the freedom to explore the game's vast, colourful world. Co-operation and teamwork will be key to finding your way through the gauntlet of the deranged warlord's jungle."
