Paper Beast released for PC & launch trailer

The indie studio Pixel Reef has now also released "Paper Beast", which is described as a VR exploration game and adventure, for the PC. Supported are Valve Index, Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and Windows Mixed Reality.

In "Paper Beast"which was developed by Eric Chahi ("Another World", "From Dust"), you embark on a moving journey in a fully simulated ecosystem in either story or sandbox mode. According to the developers, the PCVR version offers numerous new features, such as continuous Move support, improved graphics, new gameplay tricks, an expanded sandbox mode and new creatures, plants and items. "Paper Beast is an immersive adventure designed for VR. You explore the nature of an incredible and surrealistic game world. Imagine a cocktail of Dali, Lynch and BBC Planet Earth. You can explore a complete, crazy universe," says Eric Chahi, the founder of Pixel Reef. "You can really feel it in VR. For me, that's really the big plus point that VR brings. The craziness of the journey is more than an adventure, more than a game, it becomes a part of your life."
