As ILMxLAB has announced, "Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series" will also be launched for PlayStation VR in summer 2020. However, no exact release date has yet been given.
The good news is that all three episodes of "Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series" will be released simultaneously for PlayStation VR. "Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series" has already been released for Oculus Quest and Oculus Rift. In the official PlayStation Blog executive creative producer Mark Miller has gone into detail about the development of the game, so it might be worth a visit.
"We wanted you to be able to immerse yourself in the gripping story of Star Wars in a way that is only possible in a VR environment. Thanks to VR, you're right in the middle of the action, getting to know the fantastic characters personally and advancing the story with your actions," says Mark Miller. "We've put a lot of work into this story for PSVR and we can't wait for you to experience it for yourself and come face-to-face with Vader. There's more exciting news to come in the coming months."
