Towermax Fitness Drill Track is a virtual training session for the home, gym or any other room. You can train in rooms from 4m-10m3. The virtual world makes you believe that the running length is twice as long. This gives you a greater sense of freedom. The virtual environment makes it fun to simply run back and forth.

All you need is a VR headset (Oculus Quest is recommended).

Digital performance enhancement in sport

Virtual reality is a good method for improving your own performance. The Drill Track can be a performance enhancer for personal sprint and running training. The influence of the virtual environment and the expansion of space will drive you to achieve more performance and motivation. You can jog in an empty track or complete another sprint or running workout, e.g. interval training. Various slalom or beam elements can be activated as obstacles that you have to avoid. The agility ladder drill mode can be used to train agility, balance, speed and quickness. A ladder is displayed on the ground for this purpose. You can also activate the side mode, in which you have to run to one side, then to the centre, back again, then to the other side, back to the centre, back again and so on.

Improve defence training and reaction

If you activate the dummy to carry out defence training for sports such as basketball, football or other team sports, you can even improve your skills. There are various options: following the dummy at every turn, catching the dummy or training coordination through the random appearance of the dummy. You can train something new through random, sometimes non-human movements of the dummy.

There is a mode to improve the reaction during a sprint start. It simulates a sprint start and controls a false start.

Brain training

While running, you can even solve a maths problem or answer a quiz question. The task or question appears on one side of the track and three solutions are displayed on the other side. You then have to run through the correct one.

You can then store your own questions and answers in the drill track. These can be called up in learning mode. A question appears on one side, which you have to go through, and the answer appears on the other side. This allows you to combine learning and movement.

Statistics and entertainment

Towermax Fitness Drill Track can of course also be connected to a heart rate monitor and the training statistics are saved and can be called up for analysis.

And if you get bored despite the many options: YouTube videos, Netflix films and Twitch channels can also be displayed on 2 large screens next to the track.
