Borderlands 2 VR available for PC

2K Games and Gearbox Software have "Borderlands 2 VR" now also available for the PC (via Steam) has been released. The officially supported VR headsets include HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and Oculus Rift S. The title has been available for PlayStation VR since last year.

"Borderlands 2 VR" for PC offers the same complete gaming experience as the PlayStation VR version. The story campaign has been updated and optimised for VR, with new features such as motion controls and the so-called "Bad-Ass Mega Fun" mechanic. This feature, which is new to the series, makes it possible to slow down time to avoid attacks, for example. The launch trailer provides impressions and more information can be found on the official side.

You can also expect the "Bad Ass Mega Fun" DLC pack, which consists of a whopping 16 DLCs. The pack contains the additional campaigns "Captain Scarlett and her Pirate Treasure", "Mr Torgue's Campaign of Slaughter", "Sir Hammerlock on a Big Game Hunt" and "Tiny Tina's Storm on the Dragon Fortress". The Mechromancer and Psycho classes are also included. The five "Headhunter" DLC packs, the "Creature Slaughter Dome" and more should provide plenty of additional content.
