The TV series has ended, but an approximately five-minute VR experience for "Game of Thrones" has now been released. It is called "Beyond the Wall". The name already reveals what it is about.
As a member of the Night's Watch, you have to go behind the Great Wall and fight against White Walkers or an undead polar bear. The trailer shows quite well what you can expect from "Beyond the Wall". The VR experience was developed by Framestore developed in collaboration with HBO.
"Beyond the Wall" is currently available exclusively to subscribers of HTC's "Viveport Infinity" available. In addition to HTC Vive, however, Oculus Rift and Windows Mixed Reality headsets are also compatible. Unfortunately, "Beyond the Wall" is only available in a few countries such as the UK and the USA, but not (yet) in Germany.
