Ubisoft hat ein neues Update für „Star Trek: Bridge Crew“ veröffentlicht, das zwei interessante Dinge beinhaltet. Zunächst darf gesagt werden, dass mit dem neuen Update die Windows Mixed Reality-Unterstützung eingeführt wird.
The other thing: the free update ensures that non-VR players on the PlayStation 4 and PC can also „Star Trek: Bridge Crew“ experience. It is therefore no longer necessary to own PlayStation VR, HTC Vive or Oculus Rift.
Ubisoft schreibt dazu: „Ab sofort können noch mehr Spieler ihre Star Trek-Fantasien ausleben, indem sie das Kommando der USS Aegis und der USS Enterprise NCC-1701 mit Maus und Tastatur oder einem Controller übernehmen. Spieler können nahtlos Partien sowohl mit VR- als auch mit Nicht-VR-Spielern auf allen Plattformen beitreten.“
