Headup Games and CrazyBunch have announced that the virtual reality role-playing adventure game "KryptCrawler" will be released for Samsung Gear VR and Oculus Rift on 20 July 2017. In "KryptCrawler" you experience a classic Dungeon Crawlerwhich takes players into a dark and twisted tomb full of dangerous creatures and deadly traps. So retro gameplay is on offer, but this time you experience it in VR.
This is how the developers describe the upcoming title: "Descend into the unknown and explore the dangerous depths of the dark tombs and crypts, equipped with nothing more than a map and your wits. Find powerful weapons and artefacts and use them to fight the undead remains of warriors who have descended into the depths before you. Defend yourself against poisonous scorpions, hungry spiders and other creatures of the dark."
In any case, "KryptCrawler" promises an unprecedented combination of RPG gameplay, puzzles and exciting real-time battles. Added to this is the immersion of modern VR technology. The gameplay trailer provides good insights.
