VR puzzle game A Rogue Escape with date

Developer Spare Parts Oasis and publisher Armor Games Studios have announced that VR puzzle game A Rogue Escape will be released on 10 June 2021. It is being developed for Oculus Rift S, Oculus Quest 1 and 2, HTC Vive and Valve Index.

In A Rogue Escape, you have to set a giant crawler mech, also known as a nauticrawl, in motion to escape capture. But this is not as easy as you might think. First you have to find clues to its whereabouts, but that's just the beginning, as you have to operate five different control centres.

To progress, you have to explore the huge machine from front to back and figure out how to make it move. "Pull levers, flip switches and experiment with anything that catches your eye. But beware of what other dangers lurk over the horizon," says the official description.

According to reports, A Rogue Escape is a "more tactile, experiential VR reinterpretation of the first Spare Parts Oasis title: Nauticrawl". The VR adventure is said to offer a new and immersive experience for both new players and long-time fans. Impressions are provided by the current trailer.
