Developer Comments for Half-Life: Alyx

Valve has released a free update for the VR action game "Half-Life: Alyx" that includes audio commentaries from the developers. With this, the makers provide interesting insights behind the scenes of the game.

Since the developer comments, which come to a total length of more than three hours, contain significant spoilers, Valve recommends that you first play through "Half-Life: Alyx" to the end before activating the comments.

Valve on the new commentaries: "We collected 147 different interesting parts of the game from the team and recorded over three hours of audio commentary taking a closer look at every aspect of development, including design, graphics, animation, rendering, sound and much more."

While playing "Half-Life: Alyx" in commentary mode, floating VR headsets appear in interesting places. To listen to the commentaries, you just have to put them on. More details about the update can be found at Steam and a matching video can also be seen.
