Facebook and ILMxLAB have confirmed that "Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge" will be released for the Oculus Quest platform in autumn 2020. The first teaser trailer serves as an introduction.
The latest video is quite short, but you still get some promising and action-packed game scenes. C-3PO and R2-D2 also make an appearance. "Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge" is based on the "Galaxy's Edge" attraction at Disneyland and DisneyWorld. Different play styles and difficulty settings are promised to appeal to a wide range of gamers, including Star Wars fans and experienced VR players.
The official description: "Players will explore the wilderness of Batuu and the outskirts of Black Spire Outpost, the famous setting of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, the epic new grounds of Disneyland Resort in California and Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.
