Bloober Team has released the psychological horror game "Layers of Fear" as a VR version for Oculus Rift / Rift S and HTC Vive via Steam and the Oculus Store published. "Layers of Fear" has been available for non-VR systems since 2016.
"According to the developers, Layers of Fear VR is a psychedelic horror game that lets users look into the depths of the human psyche. "Dive deep into the psyche of a mad painter and discover the secret of his madness. Uncover the visions, fears and horrors that engulf the painter and finish the masterpiece he has been wanting to complete for so long," the story reads.
For "Layers of Fear VR", which is played from the first-person perspective, a world full of macabre masterpieces is promised, in which you unravel mysterious secrets and solve tricky puzzles. "Layers of Fear VR" is supposed to make you doubt whether you can trust your own eyes at all. The launch trailer provides some dark impressions of the horror title.
