"If there's somethin' strange in your neighbourhood. Who ya gonna call? Ghostbusters!" Of course, (almost) everyone who knows a bit about pop culture knows this. And now you can become a ghostbuster yourself.
A stationary "Ghostbusters" AR experience has been available at Ginza Sony Park in Tokyo since October 2019 and can be visited until 8 December 2019. So if you happen to be in Japan, you can theoretically drop by. On the official side you will find the relevant information. The trailer also provides impressions and a session lasts around one hour.
In "Ghostbusters Rookie Training", which is designed for several participants, you have to work together and communicate effectively to rid the real place of the ghostly infestation. Participants don AR headsets that project 3D visualisations over the real environment. Wrist-mounted sensors track players' hands so they can interact with virtual elements.
