AR App for Need for Speed Heat

For the upcoming racing game "Need for Speed Heat some time ago, an auto-personalisation app called "NFS Heat Studio" was released, which free of charge is available for iOS and Android. Now an AR function has been added.

The app gives players the opportunity to tune and customise the cars even before the release of "Need for Speed Heat". Later, they can even be transferred to the full version, which will be released on 8 November 2019 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. With the Augmented reality functionality you can view your creations outside on the street, for example, in the highest level of detail, according to the manufacturer Electronic Arts.

The AR feature includes environmental integration for shadows and reflections so that the cars blend with their surroundings. The AR option also offers flexible scaling so that the cars can be displayed in any size, from model cars to realistic scale. You can also rotate the cars to find the perfect angle for a screenshot and share it online. Every week until the release of "Need for Speed Heat", more cars will be unlocked in "NFS Heat Studio".
