The developer Survios, known from "Creed: Rise to Glory" or "Raw Data", has announced his next VR game. The game in question is "The Walking Dead: Onslaught"which will be released for VR platforms in autumn 2019.
The action game is based on "The Walking Dead" TV series, which is why you will take on the roles of characters such as Rick, Michonne, Carol and Daryl. However, a separate story will be told. According to the developers, the battles against the undead are brutal and intense, while there is talk of "progressive dismemberment". Body parts can be targeted and severed. Furthermore, "The Walking Dead: Onslaught" offers melee and ranged weapons.
Survios also promises a campaign mode, an extensive progression system and 48 weapon perks. The Game description: "Fight your fears head on. The official VR game of AMC's The Walking Dead invites players to take on the roles of their favourite survivors from the TV series. They fight against the relentless threat of the walkers as they face both the horror and humanity of this apocalyptic new world." Unfortunately, the first trailer does not yet provide any gameplay.
