Jack Daniel's has developed an augmented reality app for iOS and Android: If you point your smartphone at the bottle, three-dimensional content becomes visible that tells the story of Jack Daniel's in 10 minutes.
Jack Daniels is one of the most famous whisky brands in the world. The company has a long and proud history. The traditional company has currently developed a new augmented reality app that transforms the well-known bottle into a veritable grab bag.
Interested parties can thus point their smartphone at each bottle of Jack Daniels to discover stories that make the 150-year-old brand so famous.
Divided into three parts, each content has been designed with the look and feel of handmade models. The first transforms the front label of the bottle into a miniature version of the distillery, while the second goes step by step through the whisky process, and the third tells of the man himself, Jack Daniel.
The AR app by Jack Daniel is now available for download - but only in the USA - for both iOS and Android platforms.
