Horror game Immortal Legacy to be released for PSVR

Viva Games has announced that "Immortal Legacy: The Jade Cipher" (formerly known as "Kill X") will be released exclusively for PlayStation VR on 20 March 2019. It is described as an action-horror adventure that combines an old-school single-player storyline with modern VR gameplay.

According to the developers, "Immortal Legacy: The Jade Cipher" offers a mixture of combat, problem solving and exploration. The aim is to create a sense of tension. The latest trailer provides some impressions. The story is about Tyre, a former special forces soldier, travelling to the island of Yingzhou after the mysterious death of his mother. Together with his mother's former girlfriend, he tries to uncover the truth about her death and her mysterious past. There are 15 weapons at his disposal, which are used with two PlayStation Move controllers.

The Further description from the developer: "The island itself is steeped in local legend. Notorious for the storm that envelops it in the centre of the mysterious Dragon's Triangle, Tyre soon finds himself fighting for his life. As he explores further and further into the island, he encounters indescribable horrors and unique characters with their own motives for facing the dangers of Yingzhou. Some of them may ultimately prove crucial to his survival."
