Anyone who buys "Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown" for the PlayStation 4 can look forward to exclusive VR missions, at least if PlayStation VR is available. Unfortunately, other VR headsets go empty-handed, but will it stay that way?
It is possible that this is just a time-exclusive deal, because the packaging of "Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown" states that the VR missions will be available on PSVR first. It also says that the VR missions will remain exclusive to the PlayStation 4 until 18 January 2020.
Of course, this has not yet been confirmed, but this could mean that other VR headsets such as Oculus Rift and HTC Vive will also be supplied with the VR content from "Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown" in 2020. The manufacturer Bandai Namco Entertainment has not yet commented on this.
