The diving experience "Titanic VR", which is already available for HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and Windows Mixed Reality, will also be released for PlayStation VR on 22 November 2018. This applies to North America at least, as Europe will be supplied a week later.
"Titanic VR" is not a short VR experience that is over in a few minutes. Immersive VR Education promises that you six hours but the whole thing can certainly be completed more quickly. After all, the six hours serve as a rough estimate of the scope. "Titanic VR" allows VR users to explore the shipwreck in a submarine from the inside and outside, examine objects and complete missions such as a salvage operation.
While one part of the adventure takes place in the present day, there is a second section in which you experience the sinking of the Titanic in 1912 from the perspective of a survivor on board lifeboat 6. The makers mention a historically accurate recreation of the events, which were reconstructed using eyewitness accounts and their own research.
