Der Publisher Fellow Traveller und der Entwickler Tiny Bull Studios haben angekündigt, dass der VR-Psycho-Thriller „Blind“ am 18. September 2018 für HTC Vive, Oculus Rift und PlayStation VR erscheinen wird.
In „Blind“ you take on the role of a young woman who wakes up in an unknown place and also realises that she has gone blind. In the manor house in which she now finds herself, she can only explore her immediate surroundings with the help of a walking stick and echolocation. The trailer provides some gameplay impressions.
Im Verlauf des Spiels muss man die Geheimnisse der gruseligen Villa aufdecken und herausfinden, wie man dorthin gekommen ist und warum man erblindet ist. Begleitet wird man von der Stimme eines Mannes, der Warden heisst. „Blind“ kann auf den Global Game Jam 2014 zurückgeführt werden. Damals sollte der Titel nur für den PC erscheinen. Erst später entschied sich das Team für die virtuelle Realität.
