Spicy Tails ("Project LUX") has developed the Visual-Novel "Spice and Wolf VR" has been announced, which will be released in 2019 for Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and other platforms that have not yet been specified. Owners of PlayStation VR can therefore get their hopes up.
"Spice and Wolf" is a so-called Japanese Light Novel-series (see link to Wikipedia), which first appeared in 2006 and has since been adapted as a manga, an anime and in two NDS games. "Spice and Wolf VR" is being produced with the participation of the original voice actors. The author of the original, Isuna Hasekura, is also involved.
The story of "Spice and Wolf" according to Wikipedia: "The plot of the light novel follows the travelling merchant Kraft Lawrence, who meets the pagan wolf goddess Holo. Taking the form of a 15-year-old girl with a human appearance - except for her ears and tail - she accompanies Lawrence on his trading routes. In the process, she helps him increase his profits with her natural intuition."
