The studio ISVR has a new VR title called "Animal Force" in development that will be released for PlayStation VR. The task is to save the earth from an alien invasion. This happens with animals that have unique abilities.
In order to successfully stop the alien invasion, you have to make clever use of the various powers. At the core is "Animal Force" a tower defence game, but it was designed for virtual reality. "Unlike traditional 2D tower defence games, the battles in Animal Force take place in 3D arenas, so the enemies move in a 3D space and you can place your defenders anywhere to stop them," said Yi Zhang, CEO of ISVR.
Moreover, you do not have to stand idly by when the attack begins. You are allowed to take control of your own defenders at any time. However, one should not be deceived by the colourful presentation, because a lot of skill and strategy are required. The seven levels are supposed to be full of challenges and boss fights.
In addition to the single-player campaign, Animal Force also includes three local multiplayer modes. These modes support one to three additional players who can compete against the PSVR player using the DualShock 4 controller. First impressions are provided by the Trailer.
