The science fiction thriller "The Humanity Bureau", starring Nicolas Cage, will be released in cinemas this year. A VR series called "The Humanity Bureau VRevolution" will also be released to coincide with this.
In "The Humanity Bureau" is about the fact that large parts of the USA have become uninhabitable due to the consequences of global warming. The people have to be relocated and the government has set up the "Humanity Bureau" to decide who is not useful for the common good. These people are deported to the "New Eden" colony.
The episodic VR serieswhich will be available from 2 March 2018, does not follow the plot of the film. It tells stories that take place in parallel and provide a deeper insight into this dystopian world. It is not yet known how long the episodes will be and how many there will be. Platforms have also not been named. As with the film, Rob W. King is responsible for directing.
