"Robinson: The Journey", which was already released for PlayStation VR in November 2016 and was followed up for Oculus Rift in February 2017, is now also playable with HTC Vive and its motion controllers.
Crytek has developed a Steam update to "Robinson: The Journey" which makes the VR adventure compatible with HTC Vive. Touch support for Oculus Rift will also be added. In "Robinson: The Journey" you slip into the skin of Robin, a boy whose ship is stranded on the surface of the extrasolar planet Tyson III, inhabited by dinosaurs, where adventures, discoveries and also dangers await everywhere.
Accompanied by the small robot HIGS and the T-Rex baby Laika, the search is on for survivors of the fateful space journey. "With every step, players discover the unknown and unravel the compelling story behind the vivid VR world they have suddenly found themselves in," Crytek promises.
