In the cockpit of a Formula E driver

Red Bull had great success with its VR events at the Red Bull Media World in Lucerne and is already inviting people to the next VR experiences. If you've always wanted to know what it feels like in the cockpit of a Formula E vehicle, you should read on and take your chance.

The Red Bull Air Race temporary exhibition, about which we are reportedwas a complete success, according to Red Bull: "We had around 3000 participants on the gaming seats on site. The three fastest were rewarded with a trip to the real Red Bull Air Race in Porto. The fastest among them even got to experience a G-Force flight with one of the Red Bull Air Race pilots," says Daniela Communication Manager at Red Bull.

Action VR Experience in the second round

Another VR Experience However, on 21 September, there will be a new show for all those who missed the last one or would like to see it again. Once again, the energy drink has teamed up with We Are Cinema and together they will once again present various sports to the visitors from an athlete's point of view.

Into the cockpit of a Formula E car with the help of VR

From 19 September, Red Bull will also have a completely new VR Experience on site. With the help of VR glasses, visitors can slip into the racing suit of a Formula E driver and experience what it feels like in the cockpit. In the process, they can challenge the multiple Swiss Formula E world champion Sébastien Buemi. The fastest laps will be rewarded with a trip to a real Formula E race.

On 19 September at 3 pm, Sébastien Buemi, multiple Formula E world champion, will also visit Media World. At the Virtually Live Racing Experience, you can watch him set the time to beat.

The Virtually Live Racing Experience can be experienced at Media World in Lucerne until 31 January 2018.

Play times are from 2pm to 4pm daily and 2pm to 5pm at weekends. (subject to change)
