Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 now with VR support

Koei Tecmo Games has given "Dead or Alive Xtreme 3" VR support, as the title can also be played with PlayStation VR from today (24 January 2017). The DLC "VR Passport" must be downloaded from the PlayStation Store. Anyone who downloads and installs the expansion on their PlayStation 4 by 28 February 2017 can play the VR mode permanently free of charge. After that, you will have to pay 1,500 yen for "VR Passport".

Why are we quoting the yen as the price here? "Dead or Alive Xtreme 3" has only been released in Japan and Asia, which is why you have to go to the Japanese or Asian PlayStation Store for the VR DLC, with "VR Passport" only being released in Japan today. The rest of Asia will apparently follow later. The good news is that the Asian version has English texts, which is why it is possible to import "Dead or Alive Xtreme 3".

Incidentally, there is no free download available for the Free-2-Play version of "Dead or Alive Xtreme 3", which is also available. You have to pay here. But back to the content: The VR expansion consists of "VR Paradise". "Gravure Paradise", "Event Paradise" and "Photo Paradise" can also be played. So you can't play the entire game with PlayStation VR experience. The new trailer provides some impressions.
