This spring weekend, libraries all over Switzerland will be opening their doors from Friday to Sunday. BiblioWeekend is an initiative of the Swiss library association Bibliosuisse. The three public libraries in Olten, FHNW Library, City Library and Youth Library have a virtual reality experience in store for their guests.
The three libraries in Olten are hosting an informative and free programme from 25 to 27 March. As a special highlight, all visitors can experience outer space via virtual reality glasses in every Olten library. True to the motto of the entire Biblioweekend, "Reach for the stars", the virtual reality glasses will be used with the "Space Exploration" programme from the FHNW School of Engineering. Registration is not necessary.
