The developer nDreams, known for "Phantom: Covert Ops", for example, has provided a somewhat more extensive gameplay video for the action adventure in "Fracked", which will be released exclusively for PlayStation VR in summer 2021.
Creative Director Steve Watt commented on the new gameplay footage: "With this new footage we wanted to showcase what makes Fracked so special, the seamless and fast-paced action-adventure gameplay that can be experienced on foot, skiing and climbing. Fracked equips you with an interactive arsenal and special weapons, giving you everything you need to take on the role of an action hero."
In "Fracked", you are not automatically guided through the levels. You can move completely freely, be it on foot, while climbing, on a zip line or while skiing down a mountain. "The fast-paced action also includes a cover shooter mechanic that gives you the freedom to intuitively grab objects in the environment and use them to your advantage. Movement on foot is both intuitive and dynamic. Simply point your PlayStation Move controller in the direction you want to move (there is no teleportation in the game)," continues Steve Watt.
