Teravision Games has announced "Captain Toonhead vs the Punks from Outer Space", which will be released for PC VR and PlayStation VR in the first half of 2021. This is a Tower defence gamewhich is played from a first-person perspective.
With upgradeable weapons, you fight against waves of punks and technologically advanced creatures such as helicopter cats, a T-Rex or merciless cyber chickens on several stages. The towers themselves are placed and can also be controlled manually for maximum destruction. You can see some game scenes in the trailer.
Enrique Fuentes, CEO of Teravision Games, says: "Captain Toonhead started with a fantasy. How fantastic would it feel to experience tower defence, fighting waves of enemies from the front lines in a first-person perspective - while fully immersed in virtual reality?"
"Captain Toonhead vs the Punks from Outer Space" will be released via Steam and in the Oculus Store. Several VR platforms are supported, including Oculus Rift (S), HTC Vive and PlayStation VR. Information can also be found on the official side the developer.
