Facebook and ILMxLAB have announced when the first episode of "Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge" will be released. You can also watch a new trailer with various action-packed game scenes.
Anyone who still hasn't had enough of the Star Wars after "Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series" will be pleased to hear that "Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge" will be released on 19 November 2020 for Oculus Quest 1 and Oculus Quest 2, at least the first episode. The second episode is scheduled for next year.
In the game, which is based on the "Star Wars" attraction at Disneyland Resort in California and Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, you take on the role of a droid technician who is stranded on the planet Batuu after an attack by space pirates. There you will meet familiar characters such as C-3PO, R2-D2 and Jedi Master Yoda as well as brand new characters such as the talkative barkeeper Seezelslak.
