Bloober Team has announced the "Blair Witch: Oculus Quest Edition", which will be released for the Oculus Quest platform on 29 October 2020 to coincide with Halloween. The horror game is already available for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
According to the developers, the "Blair Witch: Oculus Quest Edition" is a brand new version of the "Blair Witch" story that has been specially developed for the VR experience. The environments have been redesigned to allow for more interactivity and new encounters with the creatures. A new control system and mechanic for the companion dog allows for things like petting and fetching gestures. This should help to immerse you in the story of "Blair Witch".
Designed with the new Oculus Quest 2 in mind, the "Blair Witch: Oculus Quest Edition" also supports a higher resolution and better quality textures, which is made possible by the performance of the new hardware. The trailer provides first impressions.
