As already is knownRespawn Entertainment, known from "Titanfall" and "Apex Legends", is working on "Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond" for Oculus Rift headsets. A new trailer was shown at the digital Gamescom 2020.
The story trailer is certainly impressive with its stylish game scenes and plenty of action. We can look forward to the release in autumn 2020. The video focuses on the single-player campaign, which is based on true events from the Second World War. You take on the role of a pioneer who is recruited by the OSS. It continues: "Alongside new and familiar characters from the Medal of Honor series, players will experience missions that will take them to Tunisia and across Europe, allowing them to take part in some of the most important moments of the war."
It also states: "Respawn has worked directly with World War II veterans to draw inspiration from their compelling stories and more authentically depict the historical events that players will experience in the gripping storyline and unique VR gameplay." More information about the game will be revealed on Facebook Connect on 16 September 2020.
