Drifter Entertainment and Oculus Studios will soon be releasing an interesting VR title called "Lies Beneath", which is described as a comic book brought to life via virtual reality.
This is how the single-player survival horror game is described, which incidentally relies on plenty of action: "Something has gone terribly wrong in the cold, lonely town of Slumber, Alaska. Now returning college student Mae must fight to save her father (and her sanity) from the terrifying townspeople and the creepy creatures infecting her hometown. Experience a vivid comic book full of terrifying scenarios as you uncover the secrets of Slumber... and Mae's forgotten past."
The graphics style, which is quite unusual for a VR game, can be seen in the latest trailer. "Lies Beneath" will be released for Oculus Quest on 31 March 2020. The version for Oculus Rift (S) will follow a little later on 14 April 2020.
