Virtual Space Port: Construction game for VR released

Visper Games, a studio from Germany, has developed the VR construction game "ViSP: Virtual Space Port" published. HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and Windows Mixed Reality are supported. The title is available on Steam and a demo can also be downloaded.

According to the makers, "ViSP: Virtual Space Port" is a creative action-building game for virtual reality. You construct your own space station from blocks and defend it against your opponents to create a thriving space colony. Incidentally, this is how the game was originally created: The two game design students Sandro Heuberger and Timo Falcke took part in a game jam at their university and developed the first prototype there. The result was so convincing that they decided in favour of a commercial product.

The official game description: "The central feature of ViSP is free building. Pull out blocks to create a space station according to your own wishes! Your goal is to connect your space station to all the monuments scattered around the level. This way you can collect enough energy to send a signal to other space stations and unlock new levels. To do this, you have to manage your resources, shape special modules from blocks and build defences to protect the station from enemies."
