CoolPaintrVR: motion controller as paintbrush

With "CoolPaintrVR", a very interesting software for PlayStation VR will be released on 9 May 2018. You use the PS Move controller like a paintbrush and choose from numerous tools to give your creativity free rein: Brushes, tubes, simple geometric shapes and particle emitters are available.

"We have developed a simple and user-friendly interface for artists of any skill level to play. And those of you who are interested in more advanced techniques don't have to worry, because we also offer advanced features," says Fernando Rada, Director at Sngular Entertainment. You can even create a real 3D model from a hand-drawn shape.

The developers promise that while "CoolPaintrVR" is a full-fledged application, in the future the VR software will be further developed and expanded with new features based on user feedback. Artists will be allowed to share their creations and be featured on the official sidewhich is still in progress, tutorials and patterns are offered.
