No VR content for Star Wars Battlefront 2

There's bad news, because no VR content will be produced for "Star Wars Battlefront 2" this time around, as producer Matt Webster (Criterion Games) revealed in a current interview has announced.

With "Star Wars Battlefront - Rogue One: X-Wing VR Mission", a short VR add-on for the first "Star Wars Battlefront" was added, but it was over again after a few minutes. According to Matt Webster, this VR mission was already elaborate enough. Nevertheless, the developers see virtual reality as a thoroughly interesting topic. Future projects could therefore have VR content.

Nevertheless, the whole thing is quite disappointing, as in April 2017 subtly hinted has been reported that "Star Wars Battlefront 2" could once again get a VR part. Unlike the first part, "Star Wars Battlefront 2" will feature a full single-player story campaign in addition to the multiplayer mode. "Star Wars Battlefront 2" will be released on 17 November 2017 for the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
