Virtual reality is set to become even more immersive, as VRgluv is currently working on a virtual reality glove of the same name that will be compatible with Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. Although current standard controllers are capable of mapping the user's movements, they cannot be used to feel objects or grasp them properly and receive feedback. VRgluv aims to change this.
Sensors are used not only to transfer the movements of the hand and fingers to the application or game, but also to make touches really perceptible. If you pick up a ball in virtual reality, you should actually feel it in your hand. VRgluv can even realise the difference between hard and soft objects. It will even be possible to crush objects tangibly.
The Vive controller (or tracker) and Oculus Touch are attached with a bracket on the side. How precise and realistic VRgluv will ultimately be remains to be seen, of course. However, if the VR gloves work well, it could be a great thing. On the official side from VRgluv you can find many more details on the subject. Several videos are also listed there. Unfortunately, it has not yet been revealed how much VRgluv will cost.
