Since March, there have also been regular Blick VR evenings with We Are Cinema took place. And media publisher Ringier also used a 360° film with VR glasses to present last year's business figures. With this VR demonstration, Ringier wanted to show its deeds in future topics. Moving images have become an important growth factor. One in ten employees in the Blick newsroom is now part of the video team. And in the area of VR, Blick is one of the most important players in the Swiss media landscape, along with VR Room, which regularly reports on the new technology.

Blick focuses primarily on films. Two of the most viewed VR films worldwide on YouTube come from the Blick newsroom. The first is the following film with a cockpit view from a Patrouille Suisse fighter jet.
And secondly, the film of the flight in the cockpit of a Swiss Airbus.
According to Blick Video head Sebastian Pfotenhauer, VR is a game changer for them and as important as the introduction of the smartphone. And VR is like tabloid: emotional, close and understandable.
On the news page, they also show time and again that tabloid and VR can be combined. On Blick VR, for example, you can find stories with titles like: "This fetish club fulfils the most secret desires" or "Dior turns the catwalk into a garden of delights".
