VR magic with Penn & Teller

Gearbox Software, which is known for games such as "Borderlands", "Battleborn" and "Duke Nukem Forever", announced a new VR project at PAX East 2017 in Boston, which took place last weekend. The head of the studio, Randy Pitchford, announced at a Panel revealthat we are looking forward to a VR experience with the American magician/comedian duo Penn and Teller can look forward to. The name is still a little unwieldy at the moment: "Penn & Teller's Cruel Virtual Tricks for Real Friends".

According to Randy Pitchford, "Penn & Teller's Cruel Virtual Tricks for Real Friends" is a great way to introduce your friends to virtual reality and prank them. The aim is to play all kinds of tricks on users who are not familiar with VR. However, it is not exactly clear what is meant, but overall the whole thing should be a lot of fun, according to Randy Pitchford, who speaks of a unique project.

We will probably be shown all kinds of tricks that are somehow related to VR. Unfortunately, no concrete details are available yet. A release date has also not been set and it is unknown which VR systems will be supplied. PlayStation VR, HTC Vive and Oculus Rift are certainly the best candidates for "Penn & Teller's Cruel Virtual Tricks for Real Friends".
