Relax and unwind with VR

It doesn't always have to be wild action games. No, VR is also a wonderful way to relax. The Australian start-up company Relax VR for example, has developed an app that allows you to relax in beautiful landscapes: Be it at dream beaches, in beautiful forests or in natural landscapes from all over the world.

Auditory support

The developers have also thought about the soundscape. You have a wide choice of relaxing music or you can tune into the sounds of nature to match the images. Optionally, you can also select a guided meditation to enhance the visual relaxation experience. In particular, Yoga Nidra is also guided in VR.

In B2B as employee health promotion

The meditation experience is designed to help users focus their attention inwards and switch off from the hectic pace of everyday life. There are already various providers on the market that have launched such relaxation and meditation VR apps. The concept behind Relax VR is particularly exciting because it is not just intended for end consumers. The development team is trying to work with various larger B2B companies. They want to integrate the relaxation programme into employee motivation and employee health promotion programmes as a wellness offer.

Relax VR is currently compatible with Google Cardboard, Daydream and Samsung Gear VR.
